Hosting and Support

Your training portal based on the Powerhouse LMS is hosted at Mediasphere’s secure data warehouse facility. The facility provides 24/7 support with industry standard response times and a high-end climate controlled data centre. The switched backbone uses 100Mbps Ethernet ensuring fast data transit for the training portal.

Annual hosting is included in the Powerhouse license and provides 4GB storage and up to 40GB of uploads and downloads per month. Traffic and storage can be upgraded if required. Your data is backed up daily and is protected with government standard security protocols.

The Powerhouse license includes annual unlimited phone and email support on the use of the Powerhouse LMS modules and data.

Site Launch and Training

After the portal has been designed and built it is launched in beta mode to enable your content and courses to be added with the inbuilt authoring tools. This launch coincides with the training program which is included in the license fee. Training webinars are two hour training sessions for up to 12 staff. Additional training can be booked including face-to-face sessions in multiple locations.
