Add Training Accounts to your LMS

After the portal has been designed and built it is launched in beta mode to enable your content and courses to be added with the inbuilt authoring tools. This launch coincides with the training program which is included in the license fee. Training webinars are two hour training sessions for up to 12 staff. Additional training can be booked including face-to-face sessions in multiple locations.

Mediasphere is pleased to provide unlimited annual email support to support online induction program.

Annual Hosting

Your license includes a customised version of the Powerhouse LMS which is hosted at Mediasphere's data warehouse facility. The facility provides 24/7 support with industry standard response times and a high-end climate controlled data centre. The switched backbone uses 100Mbps Ethernet ensuring fast data transit for the Induction Training portal.

This proposal includes an annual hosting pack which provides 4GB storage and up to 40GB of uploads and downloads per month. Annual hosting fees may be subject to change or increase.

Back-Up of Your Induction Program Database

Your license and annual service fee includes the following back-up protocols:

1. Your inductionb training data backups are automated and are performed every night at midnight.

2. A backup is kept for each day of the week, Monday through to Sunday

3. A weekly backup is made each week and kept for the last previous 4 weeks.

4. A monthly backup is made each month and kept for the last 3 months.

5. The database is backed up every 3 hours and is included in the above backup scheme.

6. The backup server in on its own dedicated server.   

Powerhouse LMS Training

After your website is launched on Mediasphere's beta server, Mediasphere’s trainers will deliver Powerhouse LMS training to enable you to build your own courses and manage your training portal. A Powerhouse LMS User Guide is also provided as part of this training.

Mediasphere’s initial support schedule commences after the training and includes unlimited email and phone support for a period of 30 continuous days.
