Managing Learners and Assigning Your Courses

The Powerhouse LMS offers inbuilt workflows, functions and permission levels to manage the users who will access your courses.

As the administrator, you can add new editors and managers that feature a range of permissions that enable your new users to build courses, add assessment and publish courses.

Adding Individual Clients and Learners

After you have developed your courses, you can add individual users that you wish to access your courses. When adding your users, you can issue access account details (username and password) and then assign courses to each user. When the user logs onto your course portal, they will be able to view only the courses assigned to them. If assessment has been added to the courses, you will be able to generate reports on the users performance and progress.

Adding Groups and Assigning Courses

The Powerhouse LMS provides you with the capability to add groups of users. For instance if you are managing a staff induction or online compliance program you can create a group, i.e. the finance department, add or import users and then assign courses to the group. When any user added to the group logs onto their course portal they will only view the courses assigned to the group. This means that if you edit or add a course to the group, all users see the change immediately.

The automation is triggered after a learner selects and purchases a course online. The learner receives an instant email with account and login details to enable them to access the course immediately.
